What is Retroids?
Retroids is a bar in Worcester city centre, with classic and modern arcade and pinballs, with a fully stocked bar. Whether you’re a pinball fanatic, looking to relive your childhood favourite games or a complete newbie and just coming for a play about, we’d love to have you visit.
We’re a local, family run business with father and son team Steve and Dave running the show with the support of our trusty bar Manager Brad and the rest of our friendly bar team.

Where can I find you?
Our main venue is 8/9 College Street, Worcester, WR1 2LU - just around the corner from Cathedral Square.

Do I need to book?
No need, we run like a bar. Just turn up and play as long as you want, or just come for a drink or two.

When are you open?

How much are the games?
Entry is free! All games are set to £1 per play. Some games you will get 2 goes for a £1.

Do I need to bring change?
Nope. Just ask our friendly bar team to change a note or for cash back on a debit or credit card.

Do I need to play games to stay?
No, we have plenty of space for people to sit and have a drink, if you or your friends don’t feel like playing the arcades and pinball.

Are you dog friendly?
Yes, we love dogs! Please come and introduce them to our bar team. You’ll often find our bar managers friendly dog at our bar. Please keep your dog on a lead and close you at all times for those guests who are less dog obsessed.

Can I bring my children?
Children are welcome until 8pm at night. We ask you to please ensure your children are well behaved, with you at all times and don’t bash the machines - some of them are a bit older and need some care.

Do you serve food?
At the moment, sadly not. We have crisps and sweets available. Watch out for our news in 2024 though!

What drinks do you serve?
Owner Dave is beer obsessed - so you’ll find a variety of interesting draught, bottle and canned beers, lagers and ales that are always changing. We have lots of soft drinks, juice, spirits and mixers, wine and cocktails too. Oh and slushies - available as it comes or with a shot of your choice.

What games do you have?
We have a selection of classic and new arcade machines and pinballs. We try to keep the selection changing to keep it fresh throughout the year.
Please note machines can go out of order so we can’t guarantee your favourite will always be operable. However Techie Scott is always on the case to fix as soon as possible.

Can I book a private party?
We have an exclusive area in the basement of our arcade that can be booked exclusively for parties and events. We can’t currently offer party food, however you are more than welcome to bring your own or order from a local takeaway or restaurant.
